Windows 7 Usb Controller Driver Mising
Hello,
I've been posting in this forum about Dual Booting W7 and W10. I was able to install W7 with UEFI and by configuring the boot options to: NO SECUREBOOT/NO FASTBOOT/CSM ENABLED. The Disk is in GPT layout because it had W10 pre-installed. It's a brand new laptop (ROG GL552VW-DH71). And ever since I installed W7 It's missing a bunch of drivers:
-USB Controller
-PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller
-PCI Simple Communications Controller
-Unknown Device
-Unknown Device
The thing is I don't even have a mouse to move around. I've been using Mouse Keys with the Numpad (not cool).
I've been downloading drivers but I can't seem to find drivers for the USB Controller or PCI Controllers? Anybody experience this as well?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Missing Usb Controller Driver
Good day, I had to reimage my laptop Dell Latitude 3540 which was bought recently, with Windows 7 64bit enterprise and although I was able to install all the drivers successfully, I have a yellow exclamation mark on my device manager next to Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller. If you connected a USB drive and Windows doesn’t show up in the file manager, you should first check the Disk Management window. To open Disk Management on Windows 8 or 10, right-click the Start button and select “Disk Management”. On Windows 7, press Windows+R to open the Run dialog, type diskmgmt.msc into it, and press Enter. In the Device Manager menu, whichever way you got to it, find the driver that is missing (yellow question mark). -Right click on that driver and go to “Properties” -In the properties menu, click on the “Details” tab.
What driver do i need for sm bus controller. Need SM Bus Controller Driver No SM Bus Controller! After hard drive crash, new hard drive and software reinstallation my device manager tells me the my SM Bus Controller is not using any resources because it has a problem. What driver do i need for network controller and sm bus controller for vostra 200 running xp pro. I have a dell vostra 200 running windows xp pro. I had to wipe the hard drive clean due to a virus.
